US-based Turkish pioneer has been living in willful exile in the US starting around 1999
Turkish priest Fethullah Gülen, the man behind the strong Islamic development in Turkey, passed on at 83 years old.
As per Al Jazeera, Gülen passed on in the US on Sunday, October 20, 2024. He was blamed for engineering an endeavored upset against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in 2016.
Herkul, a site that distributed Gulen’s messages on Monday, composed on X (recently known as Twitter) that the Muslim chief took his final gasp in the medical clinic where he was conceded for therapy.
Gülen, who was portrayed as the second most influential man in Turkey, was a one-time partner of Erdoğan yet transformed into severe opponents later. Indeed, even the Turkish president faulted him for the upset which killed around 250 individuals trying to hold onto power.
In the mean time, Gülen denied every one of the claims and denounced the endeavor “in the most grounded terms.”
